 How to use the online booking calendar..

1) Click the day you wish to book for. If you wish to change the week, this is located on the top tool bar.

2) Select "create entry"

3)JUST PUT YOUR NAME in the first box entitled "calendar text"

4)Select a time from the drop down menu.

5)Select a ROOM number and FILM TYPE from the drop down box entitled "catagory". (this will automatically colour code your room)

6)In the box entitled "pop up text" at the bottom, YOU MUST RETYPE your room number and film type so it shows properly on the calendar.

7)Click submit and view calendar to check your booking...it should look like the sample page.

• you must book a minimum of 24 hour in advance. This is only fair to others, and makes machine preparation possible.
• do not book more than one week in advance.
• please, only a reasonable amount of entries at once, not reserving 5 times in a week at once, etc.
• this co-op is open 7 days a week, 16 hours a day! There is plenty of time to go around if members remember to be flexible and co-operate.
